With its growing role in housing development, the Land Bank has hired well-qualified staff to ensure that programs are implemented as intended and result in the best possible outcomes.
Julie Davison, an experienced professional in property management for low income-housing tax credit housing, has been named the Land Bank’s program coordinator of Housing Development. She will manage the rehabilitation and new construction of homes under the Welcome Home Ohio program.
“I was attracted to this position because it gives me the opportunity to have a direct impact on the city where I live and uplift the community,” said Julie. “I enjoy working in the nonprofit realm, as it aligns with my personal values.”
She comes to the organization with 10 years of experience in social service and non-profit work, with emphasis on independent living and real estate office management, in addition to property management. Julie is a graduate of Mount Vernon Nazarene University.
