The Ohio auditor of state recently released the results of the 2021 financial audit of the Land Bank, stating that “no material weaknesses or significant deficiencies” were found. In addition, the organization has been recognized for the eighth time with the “Auditor of State” award, which commends compliance with all accepted accounting principles.
Kudos to Land Bank Controller Karen Kenwell and Staff Accountant Elaine Baldwin for their excellent work and attention to detail in carrying out the Land Bank’s accounting and financial management functions.
